I've been nominate for a Bubba Award this year, "Best Artist"! The awards event is tonight. It's a great event for charity and community support. I've got some tough completion. The last time I was nominated I lost to the world famous artist Wyland. Everyone knows people with just one name are cooler. Anyway, I'll find out later.................#fingerscrossed Update:I didn't win. Congratulations to Rick Worth, a very hard working talented Key West artist.  Thank you!Thank you to all the fine people who came to my opening at the Key West Art Center and Gallery to see my show, Tropical Summer. It was fun to see some people I hadn't seen in quite awhile. You can see some of the paintings in the show right here on my website. I really had fun creating some new work on paper for the show. The paper pieces are in a crisp white mat and ready to frame.
